Greece Meets Zest is a bright and joyful summer dinner inspired by the flavors of the Greek islands. Chef Emily Jenkins is preparing a menu filled with whipped feta, grilled halloumi, fresh herbs, seasonal produce, and citrus woven throughout every course, from preserved lemon vinaigrettes and saffron orzo to olive oil cake and other sun-soaked surprises.

Inspired by the simple pleasure of sharing good food, this evening celebrates the vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and easygoing spirit of a Greek summer. Expect Mediterranean-inspired details, abundant seasonal dishes, and a menu designed to transport you to the Aegean coast.

A little bit Greece, a little bit summer, and a whole lot of zest.
