We’re back for our second refreshing walk through downtown Plymouth, led by local fitness trainer Ashley Palmer. This walk is designed to be approachable, social, and fun! Ashley will share simple tips on how a walking routine can support your overall health and wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to build a new habit, meet new people, or just spend a little time in the fresh air, we’d love for you to join us!
We were so blown away by the turnout for our first walk. We hope to see some new faces since this is a great opportunity for local women to gather and connect in a casual way!

A little more about Ashley: Born and raised in Massachusetts, Ashley has been a personal trainer for over 8 years, with fitness and health always being a passion of hers since she was little. When you talk to Ashley, you’ll realize very quickly helping others become the healthiest versions of themselves and building self confidence is her main goal. When Ashley isn’t training her clients, or working out herself, she loves spending time by the beach, traveling somewhere new, grabbing an iced matcha with a friend, or just spending time with her loved ones.

We'll be joined by The Pop Stop, serving their handcrafted small-batch popsicles from their charming bike cart. Made with clean ingredients and fresh flavors, these nostalgic treats are the perfect excuse to feel like a kid again.
Tucked in the heart of downtown Plymouth, the Sculpture Garden offers a peaceful outdoor setting surrounded by art, greenery, and plenty of room to mingle.

Join us for an evening in one of Plymouth’s prettiest hidden gems! The Colonial Revival Garden at the Mayflower Society House on Winslow Street is a space layered with roses, charm, and that timeless summer atmosphere we’re always chasing.
We’ll be gathering among the gardens with rosé and curated white wines poured by Brews & Cips, Italian gelato from by Merla’s beautifully styled cart, charcuterie, and plenty of time to wander, sip, and socialize as the sun starts to set.
